Now, some of you may have heard about this. Maybe on Oprah, maybe from a friend, or maybe you just stumbled upon the many books and videos surrounding this subject.

The Law of Attraction. This is a powerful and magical process that one can go through to improve their love life, career, finances, and get all the things you want out of life! This is not some crazy scheme or fad. I mean, I’m not tell you this so I can make money somehow, this site is free! I’m only passing on the knowledge I have discovered that was passed onto me not so long ago. It has made such a significant change in my life and in myself, that everyone around me is seeing it too. And this can be you too!

If you were to have met me a year ago, you would have seen someone who wasn’t sure about herself, was always broke and was in and out of dead end jobs and relationships. I was always depressed, even to the point where I didn’t even realize it. I had no direction and no goals. I thought that this was the best that life was going to get for me…and at that time, it was a frightening thought.

Then my best friend turned me onto a video she had bought after watching the Oprah Winfrey Show, called “The Secret”.  This book/video explains the connection between our thoughts, our actions and the universe. 

At first I thought she was crazy.  “This is not going to work”, I thought.  I later learned that comment right there was working against me already. I started seeing changes in my friend from practicing this new age thinking. So, I decided that I had nothing to lose, so I started it as well. First, watching The Secret dvd, then I began to research on the internet.  It became a daily practice of looking up information on The Law of Attraction so I could learn as much as possible. I did this for months. Then while I was sitting at my dead end job, I was eating lunch talking to my friend. I told her that I knew my finances would turn around. And just as I said these words, there was a quarter that fell from a womans pocket in the lunch room…clear on the other side. I watched as it rolled under the table and around the legs of the chairs without falling. It hit my shoe and finally stopped. I was in such shock…I knew at that point that it was a sign from the universe to keep going. The next thing I knew, I was offered a contract job at EES making more money. Which got me out of the dead end job. Then my bills started getting paid, I met a wonderful girl that I dated, my dream of being a writer started taking off with published poems and a successful blog and moved into a great apartment! I thought it would end there, but then after 10 years, I decided to go back to college and I finally did it and didn’t just talk about doing it. Right after that, I was hired on as a permanent employee at the company I work for.

I’m telling you…this works. I had been depressed, on medication, going through panic attacks and completely unhappy with my life before this. My life has not been the same since.  Yes, I have moments where I feel down, we all do. But its turning that attitude and thought process around that counts.
