This isn’t really just about lesbians, or just women even. It’s for everyone. Thanks to Oprah and the wonderful Dr. Oz, I bring you questions that you need to know the answers to. Let’s see how much you already know! For all you nervous test takers out there, don’t worry, it’s multiple choice! How well will you do?
1. What shape should your poo (feces) be?
A: Pebble Shape
B: S Shape
C: Pancake Shape
D: I refuse to look
Answer: S shape. As the waste is stored in your colon, if it comes out any other way, its not processing properly. This is due to the kind of diet you’re eating. Which brings us to the next question…
2. How much fiber should you eat everyday?
A: 10 grams
B: 15 grams
C: 25 grams
D: 55 grams
Answer: Although most Americans only get 10 grams a day, the recommended amount is 25 grams. You can find fiber in other things than just bran. Pears, walnuts, peas and lentiles all have a great source of fiber. But, make sure to drink plenty of water, or it could make you constipated.
3. When have you had enough water?
A: You go to the bathroom every 30min
B: Your urine is clear
C: Your urine is odorless
D: You’re bloated all the time
Answer: Even though you may think you’ve had enough when you’re feeling bloated, the right answer is actually B, when you’re urine is clear. It doesn’t matter whether its 6oz or 8oz of water. Everyone’s body is different. So pay attention to what its telling you.
4. Where is the most dangerous fat on your body?
A: Your thighs
B: Your belly
C: Your butt
Answer: It’s your belly fat. Having too much belly fat can cause you to be at a higher risk for things like diabetes and heart disease.
5. Which of the following stores the fat?
A: The sciatic nerve
B: The omentum
C: The duodenum
Answer: This is a hard one. It’s the omentum. This is the fat that is stored in your belly. Check it out: You want the your omentum to be nice and thin….not large and bulky.
6. Which of the following is more important to help slow down the aging process?
A: Blood pressure
B: Cholesterol
C: Weight
D: Heart rate
Answer: I was wrong on this when I took this quiz. Thought it was weight…its blood pressure. High blood pressure can cause holes or ulcer like areas on your arteries, which is why high blood pressure can cause a heart attack. Did you know that having high blood pressure can actually add 6 years to your physical age.
7. Having regular sex can help you live longer. How often should you have sex?
A: Once a week
B: Twice a week
C: Ten times a month
D: 200 times a year
Answer: You know I love this one. The answer is 200 times a year. And if you read my previous blog about orgasms, you’ll know why!
8. Why do some people attract mosquito’s more than others? (I’m all about this question!)
A: Your scent of perfume, deodorant, lotion
B: Genetics
C: Your Diet
D: All of the above
Answer: Not surprised by this; All of the Above. Athough genetics for some can be the biggest factor. Also, it is true that using Avon’s Skin So Soft can help repel them. For whatever reason, they just don’t like that smell.
9. Why do you get ice cream headaches (brain freeze)?
A: Dehydration
B: Immune System
C: Cold temperature and lactic acid
D: Dialation of arteries
Answer: Dialation of the arteries. When you eat ice cream or things that are very cold and it hits the back of your mouth, it causes the arteries to spasm. When you stop (in between bites), the arteries relax causing a rush of blood flow, creating that brain freeze.
10. What day is a heart attack most likely to happen?
A: Monday morning
B: Tuesday afternoon
C: Saturday night
Answer: Well, of course it’s monday morning. If you already have a blockage, the stress of a monday morning, can be enough to cause the blockage to increase within minutes or hours even…causing a heart attack.
Hope you learned something today! Just as a reminder, although I work in the Healthcare Industry, by no means am I a doctor. So, please, if you have any questions, or you think you could be at high risk for disease, please consult with your doctor.

Side note for our male readers: For every 35lbs of weight you lose, you actually gain an inch onto your penis. Thought that was an interesting fact given by Dr. Oz.
